School and grade:  12th grade – Stephen F. Austin HS

Activities: play violin in the orchestra, raising animals for fair and majors, debate team, Vice President for AHS FFA, Treasurer for District 3 FFA

Hobbies:
Reading novels, volleyball, helping the new members of our FFA and at barn, showing my heifer and goat, dancing and enjoying time with friends and family.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Being named to the Society of High School Scholars in 2008 as well as receiving the 2006-2008 Academic Excellence Awards. I raised and received Grand Champion Lamb at the 2008 FBCo Fair. AHS FFA Treasurer for 2007 and Vice President currently. Elected Treasurer for FFA District 3 for 2009-2010

Are you planning on going to college and where?
YYes I will be attending college to being my degree in Engineering and further pursing a law degree. I will be applying to Texas A&M, University of Texas, Baylor and Colorado School of Mines. As well have interest in Harvard and Yale

Name one person who has made an impact on your life and why.
My grandmother. She has been an inspiration and has taught me to be the best that I can be and always have faith, to laugh and love always.

Name something unique about yourself.
I am adopted. Although my family is not my biological family, I have constantly felt their love and have grown tremendously because of this. Being adopted has taught me to open my mind as well as to accept people for who they are and not be judgmental ever.
